Description: This is among the first silver coins struck at the legendary silver mine of Potosi, Bolivia. This coin shows great overall details, shows signs of circulation, yet retails much of it’s original details. The majority of these coins were shipped back to Spain to be melted down and repurposed into Spain minted coins. The fact this one survived is an exceptional rarity. A must have for any collector of Spanish Colonial coins.
