Description: A choice example of a Mexico 8 reales! This particular specimen has a few small test cuts, as well as small chopmarks not attributed on the label. The surfaces of this cob are spectacular with a frosty luster in the devices, as well as a strong strike. This coin was struck sometime between 1634-1665 and made it’s way across the world and used in trade around Asia, before finding it’s way back. This coin has truly traveled the world.
