Description:  This 2 escudos was minted at the Santa Fe mint in Colombia and is considered to be quite rare. Not only is it a beautiful original specimen, it shows the assayer’s initial “S” to the right of the shield, the mint mark “F” for Santa Fe to the left of the shield, a full and centered shield, a full and centered cross, and a partial date! They just don’t come much better than this!
